Modern parenting is tough, especially when it comes to navigating a balance between providing kids with access to technology and maintaining a healthy amount of screen time.

As a parent, how do you know the difference between if your kids are tech savvy enough that they won’t be left behind? To understanding what is the right amount of exposure to technology and when have they had enough screen time?
