Bomba Tapas Bar and Rooftop’s Executive Chef Andrew Fisk has shared his recipe for a salted chocolate sauce that will satisfy any sweet tooth. The sauce is perfect served warm on top of ice cream or with churros!
400g chocolate (milk or dark)
60g golden syrup
1/2 teaspoon salt
- Melt the chocolate and cream in a saucepan over low heat until combined
- Turn off the heat and then whisk in remaining ingredients until silky and smooth
- Serve warm
