Turkey Cranberry Roll-ups

Prep Time – 5 minutes

Yield – Makes 4 roll-ups

INGREDIENTS

SAUCE:
1/2 cup Ocean Spray® Whole Berry Cranberry Sauce
1/4 cup chopped pecans
2 tablespoons finely chopped red onion
1/8 teaspoon dried poultry seasoning

ROLL-UPS:
4 wraps
4 large lettuce leaves
4 slices cheese
225g thinly sliced deli turkey

DIRECTIONS

In a small bowl, stir together all sauce ingredients; set aside.

To assemble roll-ups: Place one wrap on cutting board. Top with 1 large lettuce leaf, 1 slice cheese, and 57g turkey. Spread about 2 tablespoons of sauce down the centre of turkey slices.

Starting on one side, carefully roll-up wrap; secure with wooden picks. Repeat with remaining wraps and ingredients.

Serve with additional cranberry sauce. Refrigerate leftovers.

Makes 4 roll-ups.
