This tropical smoothie is ideal for fuelling your workout. It’s light and delicious, with wholegrain rice blended for a silky texture and slow release carbohydrates to keep you going from start to finish.
Ingredients
- 4 tbsp cooked Tilda Wholegrain Basmati rice
- 1 large orange, peeled and diced
- 1 carrot, grated
- A thumb of ginger, grated
- ½ mango, chopped
- 1 tbsp honey
- 1 tsp turmeric
- 300ml coconut water
Prepare
- Peel and chop the ingredients
- Add all ingredients to a blender
- Blitz until smooth
- Serve chilled
