Ingredients:
1 ½ cups s/r flour
1 cup golden syrup
Ginger Beer
Method:
Place flour, 1 table spoon golden syrup in a bowl, mix fluid in until you have a pancake mix.
Heat remaining syrup in bottom of oven dish just enough ti liquidise and plop in the mix. Cook time ½ to ¾ hour approx. on moderate heat.
Enjoy with cream, custard or ice-cream or just on it’s own.
