Ingredients:
1.5kg pickled pork
1 fresh pineapple
Method:
Grease oven dish. Peel pineapple, slice it and cover the bottom of the oven tray. Lay pickled pork on top and bake at high heat for 1.5hrs. It’s just like hot pineapple ham with crackling – enjoy.
