Kids Doc On Call

Kids Doc On Call

We are proud to support Red Nose Australia to help keep kids safe!

Kids Doc On Call was founded with the mission to ensure all Australian children have access to care no matter where they are located in Australia. Since Red Nose Day began in 1988, the funds raised have contributed to an incredible 85% reduction in sudden infant deaths, but their work is not yet done.

We want to help Red Nose continue their research, as well as provide much-needed counselling and support to the thousands of Australian families experiencing unimaginable grief of losing their baby or child.

As part of our partnership and support of Red Nose Australia, we will be hosting monthly online sessions to teach parents about safe sleeping recommendations, settling and other relevant topics to keep your baby safe.

Parents can tune into our discussions, ask any and all questions and find out about a plethora of available resources to assist you. These sessions are completely free and are held on the last Tuesday of each month at 1:30pm (AEST/AEDT). Topics include:

  • Swaddling, rolling and bassinet use
  • Safe settling and comforters
  • Overheating and SIDS, temperature for summer, pram covers
  • Safe pregnancy and safe nursery
  • Safe sleep and settling
