Throughout history, spectators have long attended stadiums to observe contests, support beloved idols and applaud entertainers.
Dating as far back as the archaeological site of Olympia in Greece, (the location of the ancient Olympic Games) to the colosseum in Rome, oval amphitheatres have long showcased entertainment and contests for public spectacles, recreation, enjoyment and celebration.
It is hard to replace the merriment of being surrounded by thousands of cheering fans and the raw emotion of hearing a collective roar as teams battle it out in their conquest for victory.
Where else besides a stadium can your children experience shared emotion with crowds of passionate supporters, learn about resilience by watching the ups and downs of a competitive game, and feel an adrenaline rush when celebrating your team’s victory at the final siren.

“We then went to look at the grounds, and our guide explained what turf and how they maintain the grounds. We went into the coaches box where you are in between both boxes where the coaches are. We also went to the top floor to see the ground from that angle. Great tour of a great stadium. Perth should feel proud of what they have.”
