Christmas time can be a little busy for families… Bunny’s friend Bright Shiny Star shows her that by slowing down and concentrating on the things that matter most can make all the difference at Christmas.
When you’re a new parent, you want big occasions like Christmas to be special. That doesn’t mean picture-perfect. Prioritising your own wellbeing by doing a little less allows you to be more present. Gidget Foundation Australia (GFA) created this story to show you that by keeping things simple you can enjoy more Christmas magic with family and friends.
The Bunny Book series were written with GFA’s psychologists and are for both parents and baby to enjoy. Each book is tailored towards a different aspect of mental health and includes psychological strategies to help the parent while reading the story to their bub.
The purchase of this book will go towards supporting expectant and new parents at GFA. With one in five mothers and one in ten dads experiencing perinatal depression and anxiety across Australia, it’s never been more important to support GFA.
Spread the #GidgetLove this Christmas season with Bunny’s Little Big Christmas.
