INGREDIENTS:
½ cup Plain Cashews
½ cup Dessicated Coconut
2 Medjool Dates, pitted
1 pinch Sea Salt
1 Lemon Zest
½ tsp Vanilla Extract
DECORATION:
Feathers: ½ cup Dessicated Coconut + 1 drop yellow food colour mixed & rolled
Eyes: cut up dried cranberries
Beak: cut up pecan nuts
METHOD:
1. Blend together in a food processor.
2. Shape into balls
3. Roll in coloured coconut for feathers
4. Add cranberries & pecans for eyes & beak (use a chopstick or toothpick to push them in easily)
