Allerchic for Eczema and Allergy

Allerchic for Eczema and Allergy

I know it’s not December yet but as any Allergy, Anaphylaxis or intolerance parent knows we need to be prepared. Leave it too late & there will be no allergy friendly options left.

So Today we are talking “allergy, anaphylaxis & intolerance friendly Advent Calendars.”

Gone are the days when us allergy & intolerance parents charged out to the shops in early November as soon as someone posted that the Kinnerton or Sweet William chocolates were out, because lord knows there would be no egg free, nut free, gluten free calendars left come December.

In a refreshing change for us parents, we are actually quite spoilt for choice, with most major retailers now offering an amazing selection of not only allergy & intolerance friendly calendars but nonfood Christmas filled calendars too.

Here are just a few that I have found they may help your allergy, anaphylaxis or intolerance family have a merry Christmas countdown!

As always Kinnerton has a great selection of Advent calendars with egg free, nut free options:

Happy Tummies have the MOO FREE range of advent calendars & Christmas treats for those avoiding milk, dairy & lactose:

Ooshies have three nonfood Advent calendars this year available at most retail stores DC Comic & Disney Princesses and Avengers:

LEGO also have an awesome range of nonfood based Christmas Advent calendars. Each day you open a new set of pieces to create a scene by December 25th.

The much loved Smiggle mini stationary Christmas calendar and building blocks car, truck & helicopter Advent calendar are always popular options:

This year its easy to find a premade DIY Christmas Advent Calendars at most major retailers that you can fill yourself with treats & surprises that you know your family will enjoy

And of course, if you are crafty there are a tone of amazing ideas on sites like Pinterest or Facebook Christmas sites. I loved this simple but so cute Advent Calendar created by Mel Ho (Below Left) with hanging small toys & crafts or this recycled baby socks & ribbon idea from Tasha Lewis (Below Right).

Hopefully, these ideas will help get your family off to an allergy & anaphylaxis free Christmas.
