10-minute checks aren’t enough — especially for babies under 12 months or those at risk of SUDI (Sudden Unexpected Death in Infancy).
✅ Best practice means being in the same room — within sight and hearing — at all times.
If that’s not possible, frequent bedside checks (not CCTV) are a must.
Your child’s safety during sleep should never be left to chance.
