Ingredients:

One capsicum
3 carrots
1 Half bunch of celery
Tasty cheese or cheese of your choice
Salad Mix – 200g
4-6 Truss Tomatoes
1 Brown or Purple Onion
Mayonnaise or dressing of your choice
Salt and Pepper

Method:

Firstly, get a bowl or plastic container and put the salad mix in bowl. After that cut the capsicum in half so can easily cut and chop into smaller pieces.

Peel carrots then grate carrots spreading over the salad or you can cut carrots up into smaller pieces to add to salad mix.

Get the half bunch of celery and lay on chopping board and cut into smaller pieces to add to the salad.

Then with the tomatoes you can cut into quarters or cut in half and cut the halves into quarters then add to salad. If you like you can sprinkle the tomatoes with salt and pepper before adding to salad.

With the onion you can limit the eye watering effects it has when cutting it by quickly soaking in water once peeled and cut into slices or can grate it and spread over salad.

With the cheese you can grate it and spread over salad at end or cut into cubes and add to salad

Finally add a can of tinned salmon of your choice to salad at end. Remember to empty tin into container first so you can drain any fluid out of tin before adding to salad.

With the mayonnaise or dressing of your choice keep this seperate so you can add according to your taste.
