Ingredients:ย
4 Australian barramundi fillets (150g each)
1 tbsp ginger-garlic paste
1 tsp chilli powder
1โ2 tsp turmeric powder
1 green chilli, thinly sliced
1 bunch asparagus
1 punnet cherry tomatoes
Juice of 1 lime
1 tbsp olive oil
1 tbsp coriander, chopped
Salt, to taste
1 tbsp oil
Baking paper

Method:
- Preheat the oven to 180ยฐC.
- In a bowl mix together, ginger, garlic, chilli powder, turmeric, green chilli, lime juice, olive oil and season with salt.ย
- Mix together into a paste and coat each piece of barramundi evenly.ย
- On a sheet of baking paper, layer asparagus and place marinated barramundi on top.ย
- Top with cherry tomatoes and wrap tightly into a parcel.ย
- Bake for 15 mins.ย
- Open at the table, garnish with parsley
