Ingredients

3 tablespoons ORGRAN Vegan Easy Egg™

1 cup water

2 ½  teaspoons oil

3 teaspoons oil, additional

½ onion, diced

1 cup broccoli, chopped

½ cup spinach, chopped

½ cup water

1 teaspoon all-purpose plain flour shortcrust pastry case

pinch of salt and pepper, to taste

Method

Preheat oven to 175°C/350°F.

Blind bake shortcrust pastry case as per manufacturers instructions.

Heat 3 teaspoons of oil in pan and fry onion until it turns golden in colour.

Add broccoli and spinach to the pan and sauté until cooked. Set aside to cool.

Whisk Vegan Easy Egg™, water, oil and flour in a medium bowl until blended.

Mix vegetables into Vegan Easy Egg™ mixture then pour into the shortcrust pastry case.

Bake for 18-20 minutes.
