These fluffy flat breads are great for serving with curries and casseroles to mop up the sauce. You can also serve souvlaki style with lamb and salad or keep it simple and spread with butter and vegemite.

Ingredients:
- ½ cup self-raising flour, plus extra to dust
pinch of fine salt
4 tablespoons Greek-style yogurt - Extra virgin olive oil spray
- ½ teaspoon sesame seeds (optional)
- ½ teaspoon cumin (optional)
Method:
- Put flour into a large bowl and stir in salt. Add yogurt and use your hands to form a soft, shaggy dough. Don’t over mix. If desired, add sesame seeds or a sprinkle of ground cumin to the flour to give your bread an extra depth of flavour if desired.
- Pour out onto a lightly floured surface and use your hands to gently knead dough until it just comes together in a loose ball.
- Note: The more you knead your dough, the denser they will be. So avoid the urge to create a perfectly smooth dough. The less kneading, the lighter and fluffier your bread will be.
- Divide dough in half and roll each into a rough ball. The dough will be slightly sticky, so to make it easier to work with, dust your hands with a little flour if necessary. Roll out balls into discs about 5mm thick.
- Place dough pieces inside the Philips XXL Airfryer basket, in a single layer. Spray with oil. Set the temperature to 200C and time 6 minutes. Cook until golden brown and beginning to bubble.
