Located only a few minutes north of Surfers Paradise on Queensland’s Gold Coast, Sea World offers a full day of family fun and adventure. At Sea World, guests are able to witness, interact with and learn about an amazing array of marine animals from Australia’s only Polar bears to playful dolphins, seals and penguins, sharks, turtles and rays.
In September 2015, Sea World launched its latest family attraction, Nickelodeon Land. The Nickelodeon-themed area includes kid-sized rides, Sea World’s first ever mini rollercoaster, new shows and meet and greets with famous Nickelodeon characters including Dora the Explorer, SpongeBob SquarePants and the Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles.
Sea World is more than just a theme park and is committed to educating the public about the precious marine environment, and plays an active role in marine research and rescue through the not for profit Sea World Research & Rescue Foundation.
