Role Model Parenting is created by Sharon Cullington mother, grandmother, family coach, sleep nurse, and author of ‘Who Put the Kids in Charge? Sharon believes that all children want to be good and it’s up to us the parents to lead and teach them how- with fun. Her parenting style is Fair Firm and Fun for the children and the parents. Sharon raised three of her own children with the style that she teaches and swears she had no disrespect through toddler or teenage years from any of them. After more than 20 years of helping other mums to absolutely enjoy every moment with their children, she has found that parenting can be enjoyable when children have learned to trust their parents to know what they’re doing. No child feels safe if they can boss their parents around, and as much as we love and adore our children, caving into them only sets them up for failure in the real world. Our children need courage, resilience, patience, and all the virtues that support their development.
