NYDA® head lice treatment is a clear solution, with a special dual formula of 92% Dimethicone, an ingredient which is also used in hair conditioners, making the hair easy to comb.
NYDA® head lice treatment works in a very different way to conventional insecticides for head lice infestation, instead of poisoning the head lice and eggs, the dimethicone works by physically coating and smothering them.
NYDA® properties allow it to penetrate deeply into the tiniest parts of the lice, larvae and also the egg’s breathing system. It replaces the air, preventing the exchange of gases, so the louse – regardless of how far it has developed – suffocates!
Free of neurotoxic insecticides, NYDA® is supported by in-vitro (lab) and clinical tests to eradicate head louse, nymphs & eggs & is a non-toxic product which can be used by the entire family. It is also suitable for children as young as 2 years of age.
