10 free psychological sessions for expectant and new parents at 13 locations across NSW, QLD and VIC.

Gidget Start Talking Telehealth

10 free psychological sessions for expectant and new parents via video call. Available nationally.

Gidget Village

A group therapy program focused on the challenges of new parenthood

Gidget Virtual Village

A private, moderated Facebook peer support group for expectant and new parents to connect with the Foundation and each other

Gidget Emotional Wellbeing Workplace Program
