Victoria Vanstone is a British-born mum who lives on The Sunshine Coast in Australia with three noisy children, a very patient husband and a confused dog. She has been writing about her zig-zaggy journey to sobriety for the past 3 years and has written a book on sober parenting.
Victoria believes there is a place between the pub and an AA meeting where people, especially Mums, miss out on getting the help they need.
‘There is grey area where people think their drinking isn’t severe enough to deserve professional help. I want people to know their problem, no matter how big or small, is worthy of support.’
