These overnight oats are deliciously refreshing and make breakfast a breeze. Make them the night before and wake up to a healthy breakfast that will keep you full all morning long.

Ingredients:

  • 1 cup oats uncooked
  • ½ cup plant-based yogurt I used vanilla for extra flavor
  • 1 cup plant-based milk I used almond

Instructions:

  1. Mix all ingredients together and store in the fridge in a covered container.
  2. Let sit at least an hour (ideally overnight). Remove from the fridge, stir, and enjoy!

You can add peanut butter, almond butter, or fresh fruit.
