This blueberry muffin smoothie is packed with flavor and plenty of protein. It has tons of great substance and texture, and is a great way to kick-off your day!

Ingredients:

  • ½ banana (frozen)
  • ½ cup blueberries (frozen)
  • ½ cup almond milk (or sub for your favorite plant-based milk)
  • ¼ cup uncooked oats
  • ¼ cup vanilla coconut yogurt

Directions:

All all ingredients to a blender and blend until smooth and creamy.
