Ingredients:
- 1 apple, grated or chopped
- 1 cup whole oats
- 1/2 cup apple juice
- 1/2 cup natural yoghurt, plus extra to serve
● 1/4 tsp McKenzie’s Ground Cinnamon
- 1/4 cup McKenzie’s Flaked Almonds
- 2 tbs pepitas
● 1/4 cup McKenzie’s Shaved Coconut (Dried)
- 1/4 cup cranberries or currants
Method
- Combine the apple, oats, apple juice, yoghurt and cinnamon in a bowl. Cover and place in the fridge for 1 hour or overnight.
- Combine oat mix and remaining ingredients just before serving. Dollop with extra yoghurt to serve.
