Phoebe Wallish is the Executive Officer of Stepfamilies Australia. She grew up in a blended family with 2 older stepsisters and an older stepbrother and knows how challenging they can be!

Phoebe has a genuine interest in children having been a Primary School teacher for a few years before studying Psychology and becoming a child and family practitioner.

Phoebe cares about the mental health and wellbeing of families and believes with stronger family wellbeing comes better resilient family relationships.

Phoebe is also the General Manager of Business Development and Systems at drummond street services www.ds.org.au a non for profit organization that helps vulnerable families.

Drummond street services also auspicious Stepfamilies Australia due to no government funding. For this role, she looks after Marketing, media & communications, social media, community engagement, IT Systems and people management.

Phoebe lives in Melbourne with her partner and 2 boys, Thomas 5 years and Benjamin 2 years and loves living close to the beach, reading and yoga.
