Mummas On The Move Sarah Campbell

Mummas On The Move Sarah Campbell

I specialise in exercise training for women throughout their pregnancy, postpartum, and beyond. I hold a Graduate Certificate in Exercise Rehabilitation for Sports Injuries from ACU, a Ba. in Exercise and Sport Science from Sydney University, and certifications in Pre and Postnatal fitness and Pilates.

I’m excited to be an expert writer for Kiddipedia and look forward to posting articles on: exercises to support you through each trimester, common Pre and Post Partum conditions and how to exercise with them, Post Partum exercise and return to running and other sports after having your baby.

I own and run Mummas On The Move, an exercise studio in the heart of Sydney dedicated to helping women move with confidence during this special time. I am also excited to launch our first online exercise program for new mums this month so I can help new mums enjoy a safe return to exercise after having their babies!
