Australians are encouraged to twist, peel and enjoy National Prawn Day on Saturday, 19 March, honouring the best tiger prawns in the world, farmed and grown by our Australian tropical waters.
The day conveniently coincides with prawns being in season, making it the perfect time to dish up a fresh, colourful, and nutritious meal for loved ones to enjoy and the essential entertaining asset.
To celebrate the day, Susie has prepared a delicious and healthy take on crispy fried prawns with her Air Fried Tiger Prawns recipe. It’ll be sure to keep the kids smiling and not knowing the difference between the two!
