Life is a little out of wack at the moment, we are out of our normal routine and it can throw us out of sync.

It may feel like we are in the moments of our greatest challenge at the moment and life is out of control. There are lots of things we can’t control, however, there are lots that we can that being:

  • our emotions
  • our diet
  • our sleep

To help us find obtain control of these things, and find a way to help us come out of this challenging situation is our special guest Anna Block.

As an Accredited Nutrition Coach, her work focuses on creating healthy habits around managing stress based on a neuroscience and coaching psychology approach.

 

We ask Anna questions including:

  1. Added stress at a time like this is not going to do us any favours, how can we create more calm during COVID 19?
  2. How can we best cope with the challenges we are presented with at the moment through the use of simple health and wellness strategies?
  3. s there any other health aspect we can concentrate on that will help influence our perception of health?
  4. How are the mind and our stomach connected?
  5. How could managing stress and our emotions help us during this time?
